Safety Precautions
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions including pregnancy prior to booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Courses
A deposit must be made on booking the course. All monies paid for courses are non-refundable, although balances may be transferred to other treatments. Any finance arrangements are made at the discretion of the clinic, and must be paid prior to any treatment. People who fail to pay for courses will result in non treatment. Any left over course sessions need to used within 6 months of the course finishing otherwise, these will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
Clients will forfeit their course treatment unless more than 48hrs notice of cancellation is given. This includes forgotten appointments. Clients not on a course will be charged 50% of the individual treatment cost not attended.
Gift Vouchers
Available for most treatments. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any voucher not used within the validation period will be forfeited. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers. Any cancelled gift vouchers will incur a small administration fee.
Punctuality
We at Sure Aesthetics request that you arrive on time for your appointments so that we can ensure full treatment time and prevent inconvenience to other clients. Late arrivals will forfeit the missed treatment time.
Mobile Phone Courtesy
We request that you switch your phone to silent whilst in the clinic.
Consultations and Treatment
All clients visiting Sure Aesthetics for the first time will have a thorough consultation. This information is confidential and is covered by the Data Protection Act. Patch tests will be required at the consultation. Depending on treatment being patch tested some will hold a small charge which is redeemable from your first treatment. You will be advised of this. Consultations are currently complimentary. If you need to change your appointment time/date of your consultation please either change or cancel it out of politeness to allow another client to benefit from the appointment. All treatment within the clinic is undertaken with the understanding that results are not permanent, but results achieved will be discussed.
Offers
Only one offer can be used at any one time. No refunds are given.
Training
Any training carried out for Sure Permanent makeup Training is under Sure Aesthetics Ltd
All training is carried out by a qualified trainer with an accredited certification for courses. Any refresher days attended will receive a certificate of attendance providing all aspects of the course are completed to a good standard.
All deposits paid for courses are non refundable.
All courses need to be paid in full at the latest 14 days prior to the training date. Details are found on individual invoices.
Any models attending for appointments in the training school will forfeit all the model cost if 48hrs of cancellation is not given.
Any students requesting change of training dates or cancellation will only be accepted by written email correspondence.
Training students cancelling courses under 48hrs notice of training date and not rebooking will lose the total course cost.
Training students cancelling courses between 48hrs and 14 working days will be entitled to 50% of the course cost returned. This excludes the deposit.
Students moving training dates with more than 14 days notice will incur no additional cost or loss of monies.
Sure Aesthetics Ltd and Sure Permanent Makeup Training has the right to refuse any unreasonable demands.
